Member Spotlight: Texas Municipal Courts Education Center

December 8, 2017

The Texas Municipal Courts Education Center’s Municipal Traffic Safety Initiatives (MTSI) grant focuses on giving municipal courts in Texas the means to prevent impaired driving. This is achieved through offering impaired driving courses at judicial education seminars and through webinars, distributing free anti-DUI and DWI books and materials, and recognizing as models outstanding municipal courts in the area of impaired driving prevention. Reaching thousands of municipal judges and court staff persons every year, MTSI plays an integral role in preventing impaired driving and making Texas roads safer.
