The mission of the Law Enforcement Mobile Video Institute, LEMVI, is to provide a quality procedural and legal based in-car mobile and officer body worn video curriculum and training courses for law enforcement personnel. This unique blend of policy, procedures, and legal principles will enhance the public trust of the police both in and out of the courtroom and will serve to reduce the challenges made by the public with regard to police integrity.
